As introduction let’s ask ourselves what is Agile and Scrum methodology ?

Agile is about innovation, communication and empowerment.Scrum is an agile methodology where products are developed iteratively. Planning, sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives are integral parts of scrum methodology. With the right tool, you can save time on working with these activities and concentrate on your product development.

There are some people as Mark Shead who didn’t agree that Agile is not a methodology This is a bit of a trick question. A methodology is a body of methods, procedures, and rules for a particular discipline. But Agile values and principles explicitly avoid prescribing any particular methods or procedures. If you want to see his point of view and you are agreeing or disagreeing with him you can just leave a commit and i will appreciate that and here you can find the link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZ_vnqvW4DQ&t=2s

In my opinion One thing that separates Agile from other approaches to software development is the focus on the people doing the work and how they work together. Solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing cross-functional teams utilizing the appropriate practices for their context.

There’s a big focus in the Agile software development community on collaboration and the self-organizing team.

That doesn’t mean that there aren’t managers. It means that teams have the ability to figure out how they’re going to approach things on their own.

Project management professionals conclude that the definition of a successful project is one that is not only completed on time and within budget, but one that also delivers expected benefits.. It allows the entrepreneur to minimize and mitigate inherent risks and increase the potential for success of the launch and the ongoing operations.
